Credits don't roll over, but if you run out mid-month new builds just pause; apps already deployed keep running until you upgrade or buy a credit pack. You get the code in your own GitHub on every plan. The more useful question is how portable it is. Joylo generates a conventional stack - a React front end, a Node API, and Postgres via Neon - with no proprietary client SDK. Moving the database is a standard pg_dump / pg_restore, and the app code runs in any AWS, Azure, or GCP account you point it at.
