How to Cancel or Downgrade Your Plan

All Joylo plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or downgrade at any time — no cancellation fees, no questions asked.

How to cancel

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in your account.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free tier.

How to downgrade

Follow the same path (Settings → Billing) and select a lower plan. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Money-back guarantee

Joylo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, request it through our support form for a full refund.

What happens to my projects?

Cancellation does not delete your projects or code. Everything is preserved. On the Free tier, apps will sleep after inactivity and AI generation credits are limited, but your work remains accessible.
