Why is my app paused?
To conserve resources, apps go to sleep after a period of inactivity. When you open a sleeping app, you'll see a “Preview paused — Agent is sleeping” message.
How do I wake it back up?
Click the Wake up button on that screen. The app will start back up — this can take a few minutes, so give it a moment before refreshing.
It still isn't loading — what now?
If your app doesn't come back after you wake it, submit a support request from the Help centre and include your project ID so our team can investigate.
